Online/In-Home Appointment Entry

By completing and submitting this form, you request and consent to Sponsor contacting you to schedule an in-home demonstration with a design consultant at your eligible residence.

To receive an entry through this method, you must submit this form and complete the scheduled in-home demonstration during the Sweepstakes Period. The in-home demonstration will include a sales presentation concerning Renewal by Andersen window and/or door products and services and is expected to last approximately sixty (60) to ninety (90) minutes. Merely submitting this form or scheduling an appointment does not constitute an entry through this method. You are under no obligation to purchase any goods or services during or following the in-home demonstration.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
NO APPOINTMENT OR IN-HOME DEMONSTRATION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. To enter without scheduling or completing an in-home demonstration, you may enter by mail using the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) described in the Official Rules. AMOE entries have the same chance of winning as entries received through the Online/In-Home Appointment Entry method.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM PT on 10/09/2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/19/2026. One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about 11/20/2026.
