A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sweepstakes Overview

   Sound Window & Door, Inc. d/b/a Renewal by Andersen of Washington (“Sponsor”), located at 700 S. Renton Village Place, Suite 600, Renton, WA 98057, is offering two (2) tickets to a Seattle Kraken hockey game scheduled for Saturday, November 28, 2026, and one (1) puck signed by a Seattle Kraken player (collectively, the “Prize”) in connection with the “Seattle Kraken Tickets & Signed Puck Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes Period will begin at 12:00:00 AM PT on 10/09/2026 and end at 11:59:59 PM PT on 11/19/2026. One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about 11/20/2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s server shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Neither Seattle Hockey Partners LLC (“SHP”) nor Seattle Arena Company, LLC (“SAC”) is a sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes but may partner with Sponsor to provide promotional support.

2. Eligibility

   The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Washington, Idaho, and California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who own and reside in a residence located in a ZIP code served by an authorized Renewal by Andersen retailer participating in the Sweepstakes. To determine whether your ZIP code is within an eligible service area, visit https://rbawaexclusive.com.

   Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter or win.

   Entrants must provide valid contact information in connection with entry into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, interrupted, or unsuccessful entries or submissions.

   Participation is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

   During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by either of the following methods:

   1. In-Home Appointment Entry. Visit the designated promotional landing page at www.rbawaexclusive.com, complete and submit the online entry form, and schedule and complete an approximately sixty (60) to ninety (90) minute in-home demonstration with a design consultant at the entrant’s eligible residence during the Sweepstakes Period. Merely submitting the online entry form or scheduling an appointment does not constitute an entry through this method. To receive an entry through this method, the entrant must complete the scheduled in-home demonstration during the Sweepstakes Period.

      The purpose of the in-home demonstration is to provide the entrant with information concerning Renewal by Andersen window and/or door products and services. The in-home demonstration will include a sales presentation and is expected to last approximately sixty (60) to ninety (90) minutes. No purchase or payment is required during or following the in-home demonstration, and the entrant is under no obligation to purchase any goods or services.

   2. Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). To enter without scheduling or completing an in-home demonstration, mail a 3″ x 5″ card with the entrant’s full name, mailing address, phone number, email address (if available), and the words “Seattle Kraken Tickets & Signed Puck Sweepstakes Entry” to: 700 S Renton Village Pl, Suite 600, Renton, WA. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than 11/17/2026 and received no later than 11/20/2026.

      NO APPOINTMENT, IN-HOME DEMONSTRATION, PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR OTHER OBLIGATION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN THROUGH THE AMOE.

   One (1) entry will be awarded for each eligible entry received through either method. Entries submitted through the AMOE will have the same chance of winning as entries received through the In-Home Appointment Entry method and will not be subjected to any disability or disadvantage in the winner-selection process.

   Entrants must provide valid contact information in connection with entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per household during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. An entrant may not obtain additional entries by using more than one method of entry, submitting multiple entries, completing multiple in-home demonstrations, making a purchase, or otherwise.

   No purchase is required to enter or win the Sweepstakes, and entrants are under no obligation to purchase any goods or services from Sponsor. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

   Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, lost, late, delayed, misdirected, interrupted, or unsuccessful entries or submissions, scheduling attempts, or appointment completions for any reason.

4. Prize

   One (1) winner will receive the Prize, which has an approximate retail value of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable, in which case Sponsor may provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

   Blackstone® is not a sponsor of or affiliated with the Sweepstakes.

5. Winner Selection; Odds; Notification

   One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about 11/20/2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

   The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided in connection with entry into the Sweepstakes within a reasonable time following the drawing.

   Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure of the potential winner to receive notification for any reason, including inaccurate or inactive contact information, spam filtering, technical difficulties, or entrant unavailability.

   If the potential winner: (a) cannot be contacted after reasonable good-faith attempts; (b) fails to timely respond to Sponsor’s notification; (c) fails to complete any required documentation; (d) is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible; (e) declines the Prize; or (f) otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and will forfeit the Prize. In such event, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

6. Taxes

   All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete a W-9 form and submit any tax documentation requested by Sponsor.

7. Limitation of Liability

   By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, attendance at or participation in any Sweepstakes-related appointment or event, travel to or from such appointment or event, or the acceptance, use, or possession of the Prize.

   By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant also agrees that Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry or contact information; (b) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, or unsuccessful entries, submissions, appointment requests, or appointment completions; (c) technical malfunctions, failures, errors, or omissions of any kind; (d) unauthorized access to or alteration of entry records, submissions, or appointment records; or (e) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s property arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or possession of the Prize.

8. Dispute Resolution

   Except where prohibited by law, any and all disputes, claims, or controversies (each, a “Claim”) arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, the Prize, or the interpretation, enforcement, or validity of this Dispute Resolution provision shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect.

   The arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator in the judicial district in which the entrant resides, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

   Arbitration fees and administrative costs shall be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees, except as otherwise required by law.

   Each entrant agrees that any Claim shall be brought solely in the entrant’s individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general proceeding.

   If the class action waiver is determined to be unenforceable as to any particular Claim, then that Claim shall be severed and may proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction, and all remaining Claims shall remain subject to binding arbitration as set forth herein.

   Any Claim must be filed within the time period permitted by the applicable statute of limitations.

   All arbitration proceedings, related filings, and any resulting award shall be confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to enforce an arbitration award.

   Nothing in this Section shall be construed to limit or waive any rights or remedies that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

9. Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Consent

   As a condition of receiving the Prize, the potential winner must comply with all instructions provided by Sponsor, including the completion, execution, and notarization of an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, unless otherwise prohibited by law, a publicity consent. The completed and notarized affidavit, along with any other required documents provided with the affidavit, must be returned within fourteen (14) days after Sponsor sends the affidavit to the potential winner.

10. Publicity

    By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, and city and state of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

    Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://rbawaexclusive.com. Sponsor will use entrants› information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Winner List

    For the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Blackstone® Griddle Sweepstakes — Winner List Request,” Sound Window & Door, Inc. d/b/a Renewal by Andersen of Washington, 700 S. Renton Village Place, Suite 600, Renton, WA 98057. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

13. General Conditions; Sponsor Authority

    By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to comply fully with these Official Rules and acknowledges that Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes—including, without limitation, eligibility determinations, entry validation, winner selection, Prize fulfillment, and interpretation of these Official Rules—shall be final and binding in all respects, subject to applicable law.

    Sponsor shall be solely responsible for the collection, receipt, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments, or concerns related to the Sweepstakes.

    Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it determines to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, violating these Official Rules, or submitting entries through fraudulent or improper means.

    Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, in whole or in part, if the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

    No waiver of any provision of these Official Rules shall constitute a waiver of any other provision or of that provision on any other occasion. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    Nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
